A distinguished Grade I listed Mansion House set in a 1,000-acre estate, originally designed by renowned interior architects Mewes & Davis in 1903, featuring 35 exquisite bedrooms, an elegant restaurant and bar, and a historic chapel. This iconic property is set to undergo meticulous restoration and refurbishment works, in collaboration with Historic England, preserving its heritage while introducing the refined contemporary luxury of the Fairmont Brand. Two adjoining bedroom wings, offering an additional 109 beautifully appointed rooms, will also be fully refurbished to complement the Mansion and Landscape’s grandeur. The golf course will be redesigned and extended, to championship standard, with plans for a luxury golf club, creating a world class destination for golf.
Plans for a six-storey multi-storey car park (MSCP) at the Hilton London Gatwick Airport, located adjacent to the South Terminal. The new facility will provide over 950 parking spaces, including dedicated accessible, motorcycle, and cycle bays, significantly improving guest parking capacity at the 821-bedroom hotel. Designed with efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mind, the car park will feature LED lighting, CCTV security, and electric vehicle charging points, while complementing the existing terminal and hotel architecture.
