Manages the provisions of Landlord services to high end apartment complexes, multi let office buildings and various estate arrangements. Services include reception, concierge security, cleaning, common parts maintenance, landscape and garden maintenance, building plant maintenance and exterior maintenance and redecoration.
Provides a full property management service including rent collection, service charge management (including purchasing of supplies and utilities), insurance, lettings, lease negotiations, management of business rates liabilities and dilapidations negotiations.
Provides a full planning service across the portfolio including applications, appeals, local plan submissions, discharge of conditions, Section 106 charges, community infrastructure levy charges, enforcement, assessment of existing and potential development sites, co-ordinating consultants, and liaising with local planning authorities, statutory consultees and stakeholders.
