Over a decade after opening, Sofitel London Heathrow continues to succeed in the global market after being named Best Hotel in Europe at the SkyTrax WorldAirport Awards for the 3rd time, since the hotel opened.
Launched in 1999, SkyTrax is one of the largest independent awards organisations ranking customer satisfaction for over 550 airports across the globe. The awards were held at the Passenger Terminal EXPO in London.
As well as achieving the European award, Sofitel London Heathrow was also named in the Top 3 of the World’s Best Airport Hotels category.
