Fairmont Windsor Park expands its leadership team

Fairmont Windsor Park is delighted to announce the appointment of Gagan Sharma as Deputy Hotel Manager and Siddharth Krishna as Executive Head Chef. Bringing over two decades of experience, Siddharth will lead the superb restaurant team and oversee the hotel’s F&B concepts, whilst Gagan has been appointment to help provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.

Recognised as a gastronomic visionary, Siddharth is an award-wining executive chef with over 22 years of experience within food and beverage operations, restaurant concepts, kitchen design, menu planning and associate training and development. Previously an executive chef and advisory committee member at Rosewood Baha Mar, Bahamas Siddharth comes to Fairmont Windsor Park with a wealth of global experience and an invaluable perspective on how to strive for culinary excellence.  

A passionate and dedicated hotelier, Gagan Sharma joins Fairmont Windsor Park with an array of experience in hotel management and hotel openings, as well as with in-depth knowledge on the commercial aspects of the business. Most recently, Gagan acted as the Area General Manager at Criterion Hospitality, where he was responsible for commercial strategies, maintaining brand standards as well as ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
