This section has been published in accordance with the Gender pay reporting legislation. The legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees. These results must be published on the employers own website and a government site. This means that the gender pay gap will be publicly available, including to customers, employees and potential future recruits.
